On this page you will find important information about repairs, approval orders and our warranty. If you have any other questions, please email us at info@jehjewels.nl.

Warranty

We provide consumers with a 1-year* warranty on our jewelry. As a retailer, you may also offer your customer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Jewelry that is worn continuously and not taken off does not fall under our warranty.
  • We always advise that jewelry is not intended to be worn while sleeping, exercising, swimming, cleaning, or showering.
  • We only provide warranty coverage for manufacturing defects and not for jewelry that has been damaged due to continuous wear, impacts, snagging, or similar causes. Each defective item is carefully inspected to determine whether it falls under our warranty.
  • Silver jewelry may tarnish when displayed in a showcase. We recommend polishing it every two months with a silver polishing cloth to keep it looking its best.

*For gold-plated silver jewelry, we offer a 3-month warranty. Our plating is 3 microns thick and may be affected by factors such as medication use or high skin acidity.

Repairs

Do you have a customer with a Jéh jewelry item that needs repair and are you unable to fix it yourself? In that case, you may send the item to us.

Please note:

  • Each repair is carefully examined to determine whether it falls under our warranty. If the item is covered, we will repair it free of charge or replace it with a new piece if necessary.
  • A proof of purchase must be included with the repair. If no receipt is provided, repair costs will automatically be charged.
  • We kindly ask you to include the completed repair form. This helps us process the repair as quickly as possible.
  • We aim to return all repairs within 2–3 weeks. In exceptional cases (for example, if a part needs to be ordered), we will contact you.
  • Shipping costs for repairs are the responsibility of you/the customer.

Returns

Do you have an item that you would like to return? This is only possible after prior agreement with us. Please contact us by phone or send an email to info@jehjewels.nl. We only accept returns with a valid and appropriate reason. Please return the item in its original packaging (plastic bag with sticker, without a handwritten price).

You are responsible for returning the package. We strongly recommend sending return shipments with a Track & Trace code and not in an envelope with a postage stamp.

Approval Orders

It is possible to request an approval order from us. This can be useful when a customer is unsure between multiple jewelry pieces or specific sizes. Please contact us in advance (by email or phone) to arrange this. The approval order will then be sent to you, provided the item is in stock.

You have 14 days to return the items or inform us that you wish to keep them. After these 14 days, the approval order will be automatically invoiced.

For each approval order, shipping costs apply and a €5 administration fee is charged. If you keep the entire approval order, the administration fee will be waived. We do not send approval orders when the retail value is below €50.
